A Cooked Book

The book has been a long tome in the making, the brainchild of Justin and Quint and later with the help of Penguin and later Martin, with whom Justin wrote the book and we are very proud of this particular project. The main reason for putting this book together has been to inspire to step out of their comfort zones, out into Africa. Like all great things this travel/cookbook has taken time to perfect but when it comes out later this year we believe it will have been well worth the wait.
